# Batch integration for Simio: trigger WhatsApp campaigns

> Connect Simio with Batch marketing automation to trigger WhatsApp campaigns automatically, sending up to 1,000 contacts per call from Batch.

The Batch connector lets a company trigger Simio WhatsApp campaigns directly from a Batch marketing automation, without a person manually starting the send in Simio.

## Data flow

Inbound only, from Batch into Simio. Batch calls Simio with a Simio campaign ID and a list of contacts (up to 1,000 per call, each with a phone number and optional custom field values); Simio enqueues that campaign to send to exactly those contacts.

## What an admin configures

A REST API key and a project key, both obtained from Batch, entered on the connector's settings form. No further setup is required on the Simio side; the Batch side is configured to call Simio's endpoint with the company's Simio API key.
